doubt后面既可以跟that，也可以跟whether，doubt如果是動詞引導(dǎo)賓語從句時，如果主句是肯定句，則賓語從句的引導(dǎo)詞可用if/whether。doubt如果是動詞引導(dǎo)賓語從句時，如果主句是否定句／疑問句，則賓語從句的引導(dǎo)詞只能用that。

doubt后面跟that的時候是there is no doubt that，表示毫無疑問；跟whether時是I doubt whether，表示我懷疑什么是否怎么樣。

doubt的肯定形式后接whether/if從句,否定和疑問形式后接that從句：

I doubt whether/if he can speak English.(肯定句)

I do not doubt that he can speak English.（否定句）

Do you doubt that he can speak English?（疑問句）
